The Kitchen Thermometer with Probe can be used in cooking as well as in baking. This can take the temperature of a chocolate being tempered or of a syrup. The end of the kitchen thermometer probe is pointed, in order to be able to prick the meat and take the core temperature without damaging it, for perfectly controlled cooking.
The kitchen probe thermometer displays a resolution of 0.1°C. It is possible to display temperatures in °C or °F, which is ideal for switching from one recipe to another without having to convert. The range of the kitchen probe thermometer is -50 to +200°C / -58 to +392°F.
After use, be sure to wash only the probe of the kitchen thermometer and dry it well before storing it in its case.
