Preamble
Any order placed on the COOKFIRST.FR website assumes the prior consultation and acceptance of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC"). The website being an e-commerce space, the Customer acknowledges being fully informed of the fact that his agreement concerning the content of these GCS does not require the handwritten signature of this document.
The Customer is invited to save and print these T&Cs, which are authentic between the Parties.
The Customer declares to be of legal age and to have full legal capacity allowing him to commit himself under these general conditions and thus subscribe to contracts under French law.

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

These conditions govern the products marketed via the website www.cookfirst.fr by the company COOK FIRST. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "cook first" refer to the COOK FIRST company. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the customer and their order.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS

Orders are made online only at the address www.cookfirst.fr
The contractual information is presented in French and will be validated following the validation of your order. The COOK FIRST company reserves the right not to register a payment, not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDER VALIDATION

Any order confirmation on the www.cookfirst.fr site entails your full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation. When ordering you can add an informal message which cannot be subject to a strict or official request. Any request for urgent delivery, before an imperative date or not, will not be taken into account, in accordance with article 7 - delivery time. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of transaction, you declare to be fully aware of it. The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. Once your payment has been validated and accepted, your order is automatically confirmed. The order confirmation being processed automatically, we will not be able to modify the delivery address of your order once it has been made. All requests for modification of delivery address will not be supported by our services. A summary of your order information will be sent to you via your order confirmation email address.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by bank card. The debit of the card is carried out at the time of the validation of your order.

ARTICLE 5 - RETURN

Product return requests must be made via our contact form. After receipt of confirmation from our after-sales service, returns can be made directly to the sender's address of your package, it is therefore imperative to keep the packaging of the product received. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to cancel your right of withdrawal. We only accept returns of products that have not been opened or used. Return costs remain your responsibility. After acceptance of your return order and receipt of the products, the COOK FIRST company will refund the products, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering. Returns of orders made using a discount code are not accepted.

ARTICLE 6 - AVAILABILITY

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site www.cookfirst.fr and within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by email, and your order may be canceled and refunded according to your choice. The images of our products are not contractual.

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. We will not be held responsible in the event of an error in the recording of your delivery address by you. After validation of your order, the modification of your delivery address is impossible, even if it contains an error, and therefore cannot give rise to a complaint or refund. In the event of a delay in dispatch, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible delay in delivery. Normal delivery times are approximately 2 to 5 weeks (indicative and variable time). However, a delivery can exceptionally be 10 weeks in the event of a delay from our supplier. The company COOK FIRST cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. Complaints for products not received will be processed only if the order is more than 10 weeks old and will give rise to an investigation which may lead to the reimbursement of the product not received by the customer in the event of loss of the package during transport. Delivery of your order may be shipped in multiple packages on different dates. The customer is responsible for tracking his package and must make sure to collect his package from the post office within less than 14 days. For this, the customer must check his emails and spam in the days following his order. If the order is not withdrawn on time, the parcel will be returned to a service provider who will distribute it voluntarily to the charity of his choice. No refund of this order will be possible.

ARTICLE 8 - RESPONSIBILITY

COOK FIRST cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that you plan to order. Furthermore, COOK FIRST cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Finally, COOK FIRST cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

ARTICLE 9 - PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in euros. In the event of an order on the www.cookfirst.fr website, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, VAT or other taxes may be payable, and are not the responsibility of COOK FIRST. These additional costs will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities beforehand. The COOK FIRST company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. The products remain the property of COOK FIRST until full payment of the sale price. As soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.

All elements of the www.cookfirst.fr website are and remain the intellectual property of COOK FIRST. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of COOK FIRST.

The COOK FIRST company reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you.
